Nick Sinatra is the Founder and President of Sinatra & Company Real Estate, a privately held, full-service real estate firm. Sinatra & Company’s core strengths are investment, management, and the development of a broad-based portfolio of real estate assets. Since its inception in 2009 by Nick Sinatra in Buffalo, New York, Sinatra & Company’s strategic methods have relied upon a value-add approach to properties that have not yet met, or no longer meet full potential.
With an emphasis on multifamily holdings, the firm also invests in commercial properties, including retail and industrial, while taking on development projects, including adaptive reuse, historic and urban infill.
The investment firm is focused on Western New York and Chicagoland. The entrepreneurial company invests in distressed multi-family and commercial real estate. Since inception, it has acquired and built over 5,500 apartment units and 850,000 square feet of commercial space with more in the pipeline.
In total Sinatra & Company Real Estate and its affiliates have over $550 million in real estate assets under management in upstate New York, Chicago, and Indiana. Prior to founding Sinatra & Company Real Estate, Nick Sinatra served as Associate Political Director at the White House, where he managed President Bush’s Political Affairs in the Northeastern part of the United States.
Before joining the Bush administration in April 2005, Nick worked in Governor George Pataki’s economic development agency in Buffalo, NY, The Empire State Development Agency. There, Nick was involved in the development deal that brought Geico’s 2,300 – job call center to Amherst, NY.
A graduate of Yale University, Nick Sinatra also received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
